Tryst - An Indie RTS on Steam. For Free.

While I love indie games to death, Tryst just doesn't look like something I'd play. It's not really a fault of it's own, and has more to do with the fact that (with the exception of the Dawn of War series) since the first Starcraft, I just haven't really given a shit about the RTS genre.

That being said, I have a copy of Tryst to give away to some random idiot who thinks that this is something they would enjoy.

The link to the game's page is below, so all I ask is that you spend ten seconds checking it out, to see if this is something you would play rather than just jump on the bandwagon and try to get a free game that will just sit there.

I do enjoy the occasional RTS, especially if it isn't one of those 4X games, since more often than not they take too long and don't have enough to keep me interested with my short attention span.

So I guess I'll sign up as being a random idiot who thinks this is something he would enjoy.

I love playing a good RTS game mainly starcraft though but unlike most people not for the multiplayer. I love playing skirmish matches cause its fun just to build up a gigantic army and roflstomp your way through the enemies.

So yeah that would be wickedly cool of you if you let me have that game.

I'd Defo give it go, i loves me a good RTS, been playing 'em since i was a kid, loved Starcraft and Warcraft and C&C, total annihilation etc. I'll play pretty much any RTS out there, though have never played an "Indie" one, count me in!

The first video is terrible and makes the game look painful. The second video makes the game look like the original star craft which intrigued me but in the end I'll say pick someone else, this would probably end up in my list of steam games i bought but never got around to playing. So why did i post? Mostly because i shared your sentiments about losing my taste of RTS games after star craft, they just werent the same which is why I probably wouldn't play it. Also I was wondering why you have a copy of a 25 dollar game you dont wan't?
