So, uh... anyone else watch this rather goofy show in their formative youth?
I was only like, what, nine or ten when the show was on. I wasn't actually allowed to watch it. I always had to keep the remote close at hand and flick over to Nickelodeon or something if my parents walked in.
Yup, love it. Though I didn't have restrictive parents when I was a kid. Xena along with Hercules, The X-Files, Star Trek, Star Wars, basically anything that Fantasy or Sci-Fi, was entertainment for the whole family in my family.
Heck, already before I was nine or ten I was watching what the Adults in my family watched. Along with being a gamer kid, I was very much a television kid too. Comedy(sit-coms and whatnot), Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Murder Mystery, Cop shows, etc, etc, I watched it; I probably watched as much live action oriented shows as I did cartoons when I was a kid.
It's probably why I can get into many different kinds of shows, but also how I'm at a very good vantage point on critiquing shows. It's also probably why I don't watch much TV anymore, because, really, there aren't that many just good shows these days. Over the past few years it seems the trend is tons of reality slop, lots of trash shows that are trying to copy the past and are failing, shows copying good/great shows of now and are failing, and said few and far between good/great shows on today. Also in many cases, actual good shows(especially Fantasy or Sci-Fi), that have loads of potential, outright get canceled before they can really get going.

For me, Doctor Who theme and the music that has been created for the in show parts of the New Doctor Who since it started 2005.
Now I putting this one out there because it most likely won't get brought up, though its an oldie, but a goodie.
I wasn't alive during its run, but I watched M*A*S*H to death in reruns when I was a kid, and also have the whole DVD collection now.
