Ok, I just played a game called "The Kindness of Strangers." It is based off a man's trip to Taiwan, explaining his time dealing with the very nice strangers as you use strange black silhouettes to find your way out of a maze. And it was pretty interesting.
But after beating it, it says "Press Space for a different experience" well the game started out normal, but then as the images of Taiwan appeared, they began to flash, and a clicking sound was getting faster and faster, and the voice over was getting deeper and deeper. I got scared and quit. Turns out it was not supposed to be scary, but still...

So pick a random game (one that's not a horror game) and say how it could be turned into a horror game.
I'll give it a try.
Baby Maker Extreme: HORROR EDITION
When the baby is pushed out of the mother, the game flashes. The walls become gray and dirty. The skin of the doctor is now gray as well, and bloodied cries for help are written on the wall. Every object you slam into is now a dark, shaking form of shadow. When hit, they release low cries of pain, and simple text says "..." on the bottom of the screen. When you finally crash, the point screen will pop up, and the baby's cries are heard as you see your score.
