Wow, this site. What little there was in the forums was actually kind of hilarious, it's almost too bad the forums are a ghost. How come the Escapist doesn't have a 'secrets' subforum where I can post about all my hawt crushes?

I see there is also a lol news section containing all the best rofls for today's teen like "That's So Raven Jokes That Prove It's the Dirtiest Show." Because that's what the young folk want now days, photoshopped jokes about a show that's been off the air for 9 years.

Today I learned that "Fleek" is a portmanteau of "fly" and "sleek". And then the program that I learned it on started trying to make it Shakespearean. "I will take my leave on fleek my lord" "But soft! What light through yonder window fleeks!"

Yeah. Defy Media owns the Escapist and several other sites that use the same layout with different skins, such as AGoodKnight'sQuest (set up for the show), EveryJoe, Teen and some site aimed at mothers. Every once in a while someone finds out and raises this peculiarity in the form of a thread. Code is shared, but accounts are separate.
