There's a show called Dating in the Dark in the UK and it is litteraly a BLIND date, emphais on the blind part. They take two people who've never seen each other before and make them go on a date in a pitch black room.

Seriously? How fucking stupid an idea can you get?!

Jersey Shore. I don't understand the hype that it gets and why people watch it. What's entertaining about a bunch of people being douchebags?

Jersey Shore,The simpsons( let it die it sucks so bad and everyone knows it), Anything to do with logging swamp loggers, heli loggers, deal or no deal, Day time daily dramas, coronation street, anything to do with dwarfs, women who give birth like rodents, I don't care if you cranked out 14 kids. Celebrity/ hollywood news shows. Gossip shows. White trash talk shows. There is just so much crap tv out there its hard to point them all out.

I've never seen it, but I couldn't believe it when I found out there is a show called "I didn't know I was pregnant." I'm really not sure what I don't believe more, that the women didn't know, or that they actually made a show about it.

Whale wars.

Seriously,NOTHING HAPPENS on the ENTIRE show.

Anything remotely interesting is either cut out of the show or faked by the crew for attention in order to try to justify their stupid goal in life.

All those damned idols clones, you'd think that after the god knows how many'th iteration people would have grown tired of it. But noooo over here (Netherlands) on Friday nights there's like 3 of them on simultaneously. (Not that I've ever liked it, though that's because they don't play my kind of music. Come to think of it, one with rock bands and full length songs could be pretty sweet.)

My wife likes Lifetime movies and HGTV. When she is watching her shows I have a tough time walking into the room without wanting to nail my hand to my face.

Of course, she has similar reactions to my UFC habit, and I really like The Ultimate Fighter (people trying to get into the UFC) so I guess it's fair.

For reasons beyond my control, I have watched the Kardashians.
That's the first one I thought of as soon as I saw your thread title.

Then I thought of that Gene Simmons show, and remembered the old Ozzy show...

So I'm just going to give the "I can't believe this shit exists" award to the entire "watch celebrities live their lives" genre.

I can take the reality shows, and the clones of popular series, and hell, I'll even take Family Channel over one pile of drek TLC had on- Toddlers and Tiaras. No word of a lie, it's entirely about child porn beauty pagents for toddlers. WHERE IS CHRIS HANSEN WHEN YOU NEED HIM?!?

Yeah I won't be surprised if Cartoon Network turns into the next Disney channel. Cartoon Network used to be my favorite channel when I was growing up. {I'm currently sixteen]

I kind of enjoyed the Gene Simmons show. It was alright. Keep in mind I was nine. Probably shouldn't have been watching it at that age.

Anything on mtv

There's a target audience out there somewhere, and they should be exterminated
Come to my school, we're filled to the brim.

OT: I can't believe someone as stupid, annoying, preachy, hypocritical and vain as Tyra Banks has not one, but TWO(there truly is no god) sucessful shows. On my favorite channel, too. She is infecting my That 70s Show, Maury and Supernatural. Make it stop.

Any reality tv, anything on G4 that isn't about gaming, anything on MTV that isn't music, Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, and most shows advertised to kids.
