It's not that hard, just position your elbow and quickly press it so you don't hit any other keys.

Elbows - Johnn Johnston (Spot on! Only elbows, apart from an index finger for the shift key)

Nose - Johnn Johnston (Again, only an index for the shift)

Big Toe - Johnn Johynston (So near...)

Not looking - Johnn Johnston (Touch typing. Aww yeah.)

Yes, it would be funny to see how any person around you reacts to seeing you type like that.
When you say not looking does that mean you aren't looking at they keys? Isn't that how they teach you to type anyway? I am guilty of looking mot of the time myself.
