I watched her thing and she kept ranting about American Manners. That's as laughable a concept as Paris Hilton Brain Cells.
BUT SIR! You forget that USC has a security staff with special permission to patrol campus and surrounding neighborhoods! It is, in fact, quite safer to be wandering around USC's adjaceant neighborhoods at night than UCLA's neighborhoods (which rely on the local police force)!Xenetethrae said:Eh, but I'd rather not get stabbed if I leave campus alone at night. A while back, when some USC kids tried to deface our mascot, they somehow caught the attention of the UCLA police. The students high-tailed it off campus, just barely managing to get away. They stopped after they left the UCLA campus boundary, because they thought the UCLA security was analogous to the USC security and had no jurisdiction outside of the campus. No such luck... the UCLA police simply crossed the boundary and arrested the students.x434343 said:BUT SIR! Oh, they aren't rent-a-cops. And if we're going to be going on effectiveness of schools, well, reemember which school is impacted, and which has enough money from private donations that it can afford to have an unused auditorium on campus, as well as Mr. Tudor's services.Xenetethrae said:A while back, when some USC kids tried to deface our mascot, they somehow caught the attention of the UCLA police. Long story short: UCLA security = police officers = they actually have the authority and jurisdiction neccessary to be effective at their job
I would much rather have an effectively trained actual police officer on my side then a rent-a-cop any day. No offense my good sir. [sub]but there is a thing at UCLA called the "rape trail". I wonder why...[/sub]

Well, I wasn't going to talk about the actual school effectiveness (that's another matter entirely). And yes, ULCA is so impacted it has shit coming out of its nose. This much is true.x434343 said:Oh, they aren't rent-a-cops. Dude. Come down off the cross. No reason to nail yourself to it over a cheeky song.Sir John the Net Knight said:Snip for pretty much every post

He is.Smagmuck_ said:I'm almost positive the guy's trolling her... And he's doing it, really well. Odds are she'll take him seriously. Also, this Asian Man wins an Internet.
The thing is, that he's doing it satirically. He's being SO over-the-top racist and stereotypical that nobody believes he is serious. Or that's the idea behind it, it never really works.Sir John the Net Knight said:Honestly, the signing guy is being more offensively stereotypical. 1) Yes. Although I can feel her "pain" having been in a similar situation before, her way of presenting her problems is fulled with rage and makes her look like an idiot.NpPro93 said:1) Does Ms. Wallace deserve the hate she is getting?
