Well,i guess ugliest enemies i've ever seen is from Dead Space.

Not that I think they're overtly ugly or anything but that just comes across as such a specific omission to this thread?

Left 4 Dead enemies are beautiful compared to some found in Jericho.

In-game they look a lot better. I'm not going to add another spoiler box, or actual screens of the enemies I put in spoilers, but here [http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/5567/jericho2009092805402323.jpg] is a screenshot of one of the later enemies. Unfortunately I failed to grab a good shot of it's face, the scene is moving a bit too fast for that and requires luck(or some image capturing program that takes 30 screenshots in a second) to get a good one.

Mother Hydra and Father Dagon were pretty ugly. In fact, if I remember correctly, if you looked directly at them in the game [Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth] for too long, your character goes insane and kills himself

I saw that movie! That thing was as creepy as it gets. I couldn't help but think... YOU STUPID GIRL DON'T EAT THE DANG FRUIT! YOU'RE IN A MAGICAL REALM IN A WALL DON'T BE SO STUPID!

Mary from SH2 freaked me out. She wasn't the ugliest creature, but everything about her was so freaking unnatural, from that weird tentacle she lashes out at you with, to the weird bat-things which chase you around the room, to the fact that she's a BLOOD-COVERED CORPSE STRAPPED TO A BED FRAME, CHASING AFTER YOU WHILE FLOATING UPSIDE-DOWN IN THE AIR.

Great game, imo, I loved it from start to finish, albeit it doesn't go for VERY long.
