What? Left 4 Dead win's by default? Have you ever played a game? Any game? L4D they just look like humans with blood and bruises. The tank looks like some super mutant from Return to the castle Wolfenshtein and others are as ugly as or less then tank.
I can't think of everything right now so I'll say ''Those fat demons with guns for hands that shot fire from DOOM 1,2,3.''

It's from L4D2 not L4D. You can't vote for something that is not out yet. But still i don't think it's even close to some of the enemies already posted in this thread.

Mother Hydra and Father Dagon were pretty ugly. In fact, if I remember correctly, if you looked directly at them in the game [Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth] for too long, your character goes insane and kills himself

The shoggoth wasn't exactly pretty either...
