I think I've noticed a pattern for MLP threads.

1. People question why people enjoy the show.
2. Fans either try to explain or tell them to watch it and find out.
3. Some of the people who were asking about it become fans, others lose interest in the thread.
4. A small number of non-fans remain, either trolling or just being obnoxious.
5. Fans keep trying to explain what's good about the show.
6. Unlikable people persist.
7. Fans give up and just start posting pony pictures.
8. Eventually the thread dies.
9. New thread is created, go back to 1.

I'm sorry, but I have to quote you, good sir, because you have just typed the funniest thing I've seen today (outside of the new episode of My Little Pony, of course).

Manchild Singularity just gives me this image of a planet-sized fat man typing on his laptop, while drawing in all matter like a black hole.

As for all the people hating on the show right now, let me just say this:

If you have watched a few episodes of the show, and you legitimately don't like it? Fine. Your opinions are your own, and you're entitled to them.

If you've never watched the show because of the fanbase and the memes? Just forget that for an hour, and give it a whirl. It just might surprise you.

If you've never watched the show because ponies are for girls and gays, and watching a show about ponies will make you gay, just grow up, dude. Your view of what is and is not manly is broken and outdated. (And ironic, too, since being afraid to try new things is EXTREMELY unmanly).

I'd just like to point out that posts like this don't make this any better. People change. I changed quickly. I called you sheep because that's what I felt like doing at the time.
