I mean England doesn't have an exclusively English parliament. I doubt it'll happen for you though, we don't want you lot making an alliance with France and going to war again.

Also the whole of Britain has a large history of bribery, just look at the Napoleonic Wars. But I don't think people care about 'cheating' in war.
