Unexpected results from "What kind of gamer are you?"

I got Grouper, despite playing almost exclusively single-player games (occasionally Borderlands, but that's it).

I got Dead Eye. I like shooting things, but I don't shoot everything.

Fist time I got the Best of the Best, which said something about being at the top of the leaderboards. Not really true

Second time I got the Tinker, well that one is pretty true, I love LBP and I love modding games like GTA, modding is actually the only thing thats keeping me playing GTA4.

And the third time, Tactician & The Best of the Best. I like making tactics, so its pretty true

I got the grouper. Which is pretty true. I usually play a game for it's multiplayer after I beat it.

I got Pony Lover, which doesn't make sense. Sure, I like colorful games, but I like gritty, serious games too.

First time, I got Explorer and that is quite incorrect. I actually do not like exploring...on the contrary, I hate it when the game is too open and I have no sense of direction. Personally, I could not believe that this was the result I got based on the answers I provided.

Second time, I got Simulat. This is slightly better, since I do like a degree of realism in my games. However, I do not have the time or patience to play ultra-realistic simulations, so that description seems iffy at best as well.

I got social multiplayer gamer, which I is quite the opposite of the reality of things.

I got explorer. I guess it makes sense, I do love finding all the secret rooms. But I enjoy the main story most of the time too.

I got "The best of the best", stating that no matter what it is, be it achievements, or leaderboards, I must conquer them. However, I don't give a rat's ass about either of those.

I got "the explorer", and that does sum me up quite nicely - I'm quite obsessed with discovering every little detail a game has to hide, and the central reason I loved Fallout 3 so much was because of its emphasis on exploration, and how the game rewarded players for that particular play style.

I got the grouper too, but I am primarily a single player FPS player or a JRPG player. Oh well it doesn't bother me as I'm not going to display the badge at all that you receive.

I got Deadeye which I found a bit suprising as I started playing games with Final Fantasy and Dynasty warrior games, though I guess changing to Xbox must have had some kind of affect looking at my recent games and the result.

Who has taken the new "What kind of gamer are you?" quiz and not gotten what they expected?
I got 'Grouper' saying solo is for suckers. How in the hell did this happen? I enjoy playing online and co-op games but the majority of my games are single-player and I love playing on my own, probably more than I love multiplaer

Did anyone else get the results they were not expecting? Or vice versa?

I got the same thing as you. I was very taken aback as I enjoy playing games with my friends, but I will rarely go out of my way to get more people involved. In fact, I try to avoid directly gaming with other people if I can help it.

You want to shoot things. Zombies, Nazis, targets, aliens ... makes no difference to you, so long as you get to fire a weapon.

Yeah that actually pretty much sums it up. Not enough weapons, not a good game.
