Tali from Mass Effect. I know she was meant to be some kind of religious pilgrim and sexual things aren't permitted (hence why she's not a character Shephard can get intimate with) but man, she had a body and a half!

Alyx Vance from Half Life 2. She's average looking, but she was cute, funny and most of all efficient!

Elika from Prince of Persia. I thought she was a bit like the Alyx Vance of the PoP series, except less smart, but her character grew on me.

Rubi from Wet. I know this seems like an obvious choice but... Rubi's just good at everything! Except underdressing. And for that, I respect her.

I know a lot of people will disagree, but Ashley Williams from Mass Effect. Beautiful, sexy, strong willed, opinionated... There aren't many strong willed women, but damn, she is. Gotta love it.

Liara T'soni from Mass Effect, though I dont think her hot in the traditional sense. She appeals to me as more of an intelligent beauty than anything else.

I really don't like her voice acting (very bland), that's mostly what kept her off from my team.

But no offense to the voice actor, because she gave "additional voices" and as far as I can remember, there weren't other bad voices. Plus she might have had to do that kind of voice because the character isn't very skillfull socially.
