I think roughly half of the people in this thread don't know what the word "unintentional" means. Especially those first few posts.
Edit: I have to agree with The Happening, though. I went to see that movie, and about half-way through it when the old man with a greenhouse was going-on about plants defending themselves, I was just thinking to myself "Wow seriously? This is the mysterious 'happening' in the movie? The plants are behind it?"

In Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor I was literally laughing my arse off when people died near the end it was sooo BAD!
The battle between Yoda and Emperor Plapitine(?) in the senate in the 3rd 'prequel' Movie. It was supposed to be serious as everyone was dying and crap like that, but the way yoda was jumping around like a grasshopper made me and my friends laugh our asses off, with the stares of some moviegoers.
As of now, the only thing that comes to mind are The Warriors (a 1979 movie hat has nothing to do with cats).
While there are several things that I find unintentionally funny (lines from Ajax and Vermin, actions that trigger my yaoi sensors, etc.), the winner is a tie between Fox's death scene, Ajax's arrest, and the fight between 3 Warriors and the Lizzies.
For those who haven't seen it, do so now. It's worth it. And if you have time, either rent/buy the game or what the playthrough on Youtube by Crazy4Games. While not necessary, it is awesome, given that the video game fleshes out the movie with a believable back story:
