The only weird movies I can think of off the top of my head are
Jacob's Ladder: A former vietnam vet starts seeing strange things.
and Six-String Samurai; basically where fallout creators got a lot of their style ideas. Buddy (possibly Holly) travels to become the new king of the wasteland.

Man Bites Dog. It's a Belgian mockumentary. A film crew follow a serial killer while recording his crimes for a documentary. At first they're just observers, but eventually starts participating in the crimes.
Freaking great movie!
