Unskippable: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

Actually if you think about it God of War sort of ripped-off the original Castlevania. Chain weapons, hydras, shirtless Medusas, all things from previous Castlevania games. Ok I'll give you the quick-time events, grab attack, and combo purchasing.

Also is anyone else glad that Castlevania is using the barbarian hero again rather than the pretty boys they've been using since SotN?

Seriously, I'd consider buying it, if I had money to spare.

I'd have to see some actual game play before I made my decision, but no, you are not.

Of course, cutscenes prove nothing, but this one has something.

Having played it, I can assure you.. it is basically GoW gameplay with slightly better graphics, but annoying-to-navigate maps.

The epilogue of this game blew my freaking mind 3 times. Also Hideo put A LOT of references to other games he likes into this, including Portal, Shadow of the Colossus, Zelda, and of course Metal Gear Solid.
