Capcom has some of the worst writing in the history of anything, I could have written the plot and dialogue of this entire game, alone, in a week and done a better jobCat of Doom said:

How did they come up with THAT line? I can see the meeting now:
You know, I never noticed before, but the whole biting thing is a huge plothole. In game continuity, the infection doesn't spread through zombie bites, but through bugs. The zombies obviously came from the pens, not the citizens being infected, but how did that number 14 guy get infected? And how did it happen when he was obviously only bitten seconds ago? Chucks daughter got infected but they still had enough time to get her some Zombrex.

its fiction but according to books on the subject of zombies where on the body you get bit can alter how fast you turn and it seems capcom follows that ruledoriant said:

following the rule we can assume the girl was bitten on her leg or foot which would be a slow turn
well that would be the fact that the game would be bloody hard if you would die with the first hitdoriant said:

also to clear the air of further questions yes its possible that chuck has immunity but did not pass it on because the immunity could be what is known as a recessive trate (like blue eyes in RL)
or look at the zombix stuff it could be made from an artificial form of another similar virus and he was already naturally exposed to this other one and is now immune because his system can fight it off
(like how ppl who were exposed to non-deadly cow pox became immune to small pox)
Apart from the Psychos,yeah it is an overall dumb game,but a wit used is a wit lost after overuse so I approve.
Such valuable information on the hazards of elevators. Truly, Unskippable is both entertaining and educational.

OT: A zombie rights activist group. I think I had to do a double take the first time I played the game and had to ensure they weren't a joke. And then the game tries to get you to sympathise with them!!!! WHY?!
