I picked up the game used a long time ago (cheap cheap at Blockbuster) and played a little bit of it. While not the greatest game, it's certainly passable at least.
The video got me thinking though, what's up with the generic face scare that the protagonist is sporting? It just seems like a really awkward cut to the face, especially given that the game is in the future and everyone just shoots each other.

so... the water level rised due to global warming which somehow both flooded the entire mid-west but drained out the San Francisco Bay so it's nothing but hills now? How does rising water level reduce the amount of water in San Fran?
