Ah, I see Square Enix is continuing the fine tradition of ironically using the word "final" in their game titles.

I believe there's some mention of Kingdom Hearts in the Devil May Cry 4 Unskippable. Graham and Paul start shouting random names and they throw in KH's characters.

The intro isn't supposed to make sense, just like real dreams. Although watching it just now after several years of not seeing it I can see why people get really confused by it.

'Simple and Clean' is a bit of a weird song choice as well, now that I think about it. At least the English is correct, considering Utada Hikaru was brought up in the US, but it really has nothing to do with the game at all. It's beautiful as an orchestral piece, though. 'Sanctuary' is a far better fit.

Did anyone else notice that in this version, when they're supposed to race, they just get up in run, but in the original version, Riku and Sora look at each other for a second, then they jump up and start the race? I know it might not seem like much, but I feel like they really missed out on including that moment. I feel like it really showed their friendly rivalry a bit better, but that might just be me not liking them taking shit out of games from my childhood. Maybe I'm just a punk.

Yeah, I was waiting for it and got a little sad that it wasn't there. I haven't played 1.5 so I hope there aren't other little moments like that gone.

OT: I kinda had to watch this twice because I was too busy realizing how many times I have played this game to memorized every line of dialogue... Plus, I was singing along to "Simple and Clean" like I always do...

Also, a laughed harder than I thought I would at that "I'm going to eat your face" joke...

Also, is this the first actual video by anyone on this site involving Kingdom Hearts besides Yahtzee's acknowledgment of its existence in like two videos?

I believe so, outside of some mentions in a "few" ENN videos... as well as what Johnny Novgorod said...

You would actually be surprised what they let you get away with. I have an LP for this game up on Youtube that doesn't have the music taken out and nothing has happened. I'm also 22 episodes in and closing in on the home stretch.
