Rough textures. Example, sandpaper. Goodness gracious even when I think about it I get twitchy..

I haven't got any (my phobia is needles, and I don't see that as unusual). However, I do know someone with a fear of necks. Can't touch them, can't be touched on their neck, can't see someone touch a neck.

I am a complete arachnophobe. I'm absolutely terrified of those 6 legged bastards. I also have hypochondriasis which is a fancy way of saying I have a "health phobia".

Insects.

Whenever those little critters are flying around me or are on me, i freak out and get uneasy. I'l sometimes even leave the room, it just annoys me when i'm trying to read a book/watch TV/Play games and some damn bee or fly is flying around the room.

Blood. Real blood of course. I watch a lot of gory horror films, and video games, so I don't have a problem with that. But I have this thing, where the slightest weather change will cause nose-bleeds, and I get them a lot, and everytime I do get them, I don't necessarily freak out, but a lot of thoughts start buzzing in my head, most notably, "Is it even possible to die from massive blood-loss from a bloody nose?"

2 is my favorite number... it signifies the best I could ever do in life...
It used to be my favorite number, and then I realized that 2x2=4, so now 4 is my favorite number.

OT: Not exactly a phobia, but I always am preparing for the most ridiculous things to go wrong. For example, last night before going to sleep, I put my computer down next to my bed, but then I moved it to the floor in the middle of the room because I was afraid that I might roll of my bed in my sleep and land on my computer. Then I moved it to my desk because I was afraid my dad would come in to my room in the morning without his glasses on and step on it.

God, those ducks are everywhere!

In all seriousness, I have an odd phobia of stairs, or steep slopes. I'm always afraid that I'm going to fall down and nobody will catch me, so Bathmophobia for me.

Huge, deep bodies of water. Otherwise, nothing much else besides spiders and heights (to a degree).

I have a friend who is insanely afraid of balloons though, had to leave a science lesson because he was too freaked when there was some experiment involving balloons.

I cannot go near a stapler gun. When I was little and my dad stapled his thumb (on accident) and it looked extremely painful. I'm one clumsy enough to do that so I could never bring myself to get close to one, even the sound of one makes me jump/twitch.

I have a fear of the sound of two pieces of metal scraping together.

I also know a few people who are terrified of balloons. Not really sure why, though.

Don`t know what it`s called, but I can`t cross a road were there might be cars without listening or checking both directions. Seriously, when I cross I feel like I`m being hit by a car, I hear it and see it too. It might be a trauma, but I have never been run over, just almost a couple of times.

Wasn't there a thread about this recently?

Oh well.

Mine is Numerophobia.

I have this odd hatred of the number 5. I can't have anything to do with it.

I can't have it on me. Near me. Be the hour of 5. Or have 5 of something.

I don't mind if someone else has all 5s but when it's on me, I freak out. Almost makes me depressed.
How did noone point out that that was post 5 on this thread? Whatever...

And I personally have a fear of...

I got nothing, just wanted to point that out.
