Figured it'd be a nice topic to help some more games get a little hype.

I myself can't wait for DFO's reopening in March + Closers Online later this year.

I'm looking forward to Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.

Next month ESO is going buy to play. The game is essentially free to play once you bought the game.

I bought the game when it first came out and only played for the free month. I've been wanting to get back into the game but I honestly hated the idea of paying a subscription for an Elder Scrolls game.

I guess Eternal Crusade, that 40k MMORPG that will never, ever get released? I mean there are alot of games I'd like to play, but A) Candy Crush and Clash of Clans are too popular for alternatives to be released and B) Most devs think too highly of themselves and could never deliver on what they promise.

What I want is a balanced, fun, and most importantly immersive 40k MMORPG where all the races have a legit chance of winning. Space Marines(Black Templar because everyone likes them), Orks, Eldar(Ulthwe), Chaos Marines(World Eaters) and lets go...Tyranids. Something along the lines of Star Wars Battlefront, but 40k and with RPG elements. Giant Orks hitting giant Tyranids with power klaws, epic duels between Chaos Champions and Emperor's Champions, Tacical Marines holding the line against Eldar Banshees. Something that anyone can pick up and go "Oh! This is actually kinda' cool!"
It wouldn't have to be 100% loyal to 40k canon, but it should be exciting enough that most people would like a few games.

Alas...

I'm really excited for the House of Wolves expansion for destiny coming somewhere this spring, and destiny 2 coming later this year. For the wrong reason though, since i'm getting quite starved for content.

I find that I tend to like things a lot better going into them with no positive or negative feelings. If I feel either way about something I go into, I end up disappointed, like I did with ArchAge. & be it a stand-alone or MMO game, I tend not to touch it until it's been out for a full year of bugfixing & new content.

Sorry. But as long as GW has a say, this is not going to happen. Xenos exist so the Marine have a punching bag. If you ever played the table top, you should know already. Marines are their "cash cow", so they get more polish. It has always been the case.

Ontopic, i'm looking forward to the Korean Hack n' Slash "Lost Ark". It's gorgeous and the animations are bonkers.
Let's hope they don't bork up the item system and everything is fine.

Does it have to be MMO's, or games in general?

If It's an MMO, Im excied for the re-release of Dungeon Fighter Online. Not being 2 years behind the Korean version is gonna be nice, as it's being released by the company that made the game.

As for games in general, well Pillars Of Eternity, Torment : Planes of Numenara, Witcher 3 , Star Citizen those are my big ones.

Can't say I'm all that interested in anything coming out. The way gaming, especially AAA and Steam with it's lack of content control, is going, I find myself looking back more. I play more older games and mods nowadays. I think the most recent game I have played is Dark Souls 2.

Bloodborne! And, uh...um...oh dear. I really can't think of anything else on my radar. Well, there is the Dark Souls II remake coming out also, but otherwise...Yeah, I'm drawing a blank. I haven't heard anything about anything that is coming out soon that has me excited. There just isn't anything that interests me I guess.

Holy fawk I forgot about DFO!

Yeah I'm looking forward to seeing that come back and hope the company does better without Nexon on their backs.

I'm really excited about the big Wii U games supposedly coming out this year: Splatoon, Star Fox U and, Legend of Zelda U. I'm also one of the few people who can't wait to get my hands on The Devil's Third which looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, even if I'm not playing online. I'm not as hyped for Dissidia or Pokken Fighter because as far as I know, those are Japanese Arcade games...and fighting games at that, which I'm really not that good at. If they make it to consoles and then, make it to the US, then I'll probably be a bit more interested.

On the handheld front, Codename S.T.E.A.M. was the best demo I've played for a 3DS game so I'm pretty excited for that.

Finally, Five Nights at Freddy's 3. I probably won't be getting it myself since the original kind of chugged on my laptop but once it's out people like Markiplier, the Game Theorist, The Completionist, etc will play through it and, analyze the Hell out of it and really, that was my favorite part of the first two games.

I was excited about Wildstar, but then I heard it was sort of shit, so...

I'm looking more forward to Elder Scrolls Online when it goes BtP, which it always should have been. Still not sure if I won't hate it any less than last time I tried it out, though.

I'm very interested in trying out both of those when they come along. Got a group of friends who are generally very interested in both, so gotta join them. I played DFO when it was first hosted by Nexon, and enjoyed it, but didn't get too far progress-wise.

I just got back into PSO2 after not playing it since Open Beta and about a year after, and I don't know why I was never excited about it after a certain point. It's a much better game than it was in 2012 and early 2013.

Can't forget the Heavensward expansion either.

Other than that, I'm really not sure. I have a decent interest in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, but that's only a week away. I would be excited for Bloodborne, but I probably won't have a PS4 for years. Really sucks.

I enjoyed Wildstar for a while but I did drop it, it had nothing to do with the game itself, which I found refreshing and enjoyable, I am fairly certain you can get a week pass to give it a go. I'm not sure who called it shite but I would most certainly disagree.

Its just that MMO's don't seem to hold my attention anymore =/
