What it says on the title, what upcoming independent title(s) are you most excited about?

I have a few titles I can't wait for, Project Zomboid, Cryamore and Megabyte Punch. Project Zomboid is a isometric-viewed zombie open world survival game where you have to stay alive as long as possible in a zombie apocalypse. The gameplay I saw looked really exciting and hearing that the developers might put in online co-op in the future, now I am even more excited for its release. Cryamore is a 2D action rpg that takes inspiration from games in the past like Legend of Zelda, Metroid and secret of Mana. I was really excited to see the gameplay for the game and see the cool environments and stuff, so I am really looking forward to this one. But the one game I am truly excited for is one I stumbled across...Megabyte Punch. Basically think Smash Bros meets Megaman and Custom Robo and you have what Megabyte Punch is. You can play in adventure mode which allows you to fight baddies to collect parts, customize your robot and duke it out against robot bosses, and take thier parts as your own! And the best part there is going to be four player Multiplayer, local and online!! So awesome!!! :D

Hotline Miami 2 and the remake of The Binding of Isaac

Hotline Miami had some of the greatest adrenaline pumping action I have played in a LOOOOOOONG time, and I can't wait for more of it.

As for the Binding of Isaac remake, I really enjoyed The Binding of Isaac, but I felt it had a lot of problems to iron out that (I hope) will be fixed for the remake.

Mewgenics and the Binding of Isaac remake should be interesting. I've recently gotten into BoI, I'm not really good at it, but it's a fun game, nonetheless. Mewgenics looks interesting as well and since I've enjoyed both BoI and Super Meat Boy, I think it'll be worth checking out.

Other than, there's Banished, which is a city builder set in medieval times. It's made by just one guy and looks very promising so far. He's also taking his time with making the game just right, so I'm expecting great things from that title.

Routine - A seemingly abandoned open world space station that you get to explore, with permanent death and no saves.
A Bird Story - A spiritual successor for To The Moon, and apparently it will bridge the gap between the game and the sequel.
To The Moon's sequel - It hasn't been announced and may never happen, but they intend to make one so I am counting it.
Among the Sleep - I joined the kickstarter for it and look forward to seeing how it turns out.
Torment: Tides of Numenera - Same as Among the Sleep.
Wasteland 2 - Same as Among the Sleep and Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Starbound - Terraria in space basically, but with improvements.

I am considering getting Prison Architect, a game currently in alpha and on Steam. It's £20 though, and that's a fair bit for an alpha build.

Armikrog is one that I'm looking forward too, especially since it seems to have hit it's Wii U stretch goal. I'm also looking forward to A Hat in Time (and really hope it makes its way to the Wii U.)

I've played a few levels of "Broforce" by Free Lives and I'm looking forward to the finished product. It epitomizes the "mindless" shooter using dated...well, everything. The heroes are legal-friendly (but just barely) copies of American action movies, everything bleeds or explodes in quantities that give physics the finger, and it is obvious that the people who put this together had a lot of fun doing it.

"Contra" meets "Serious Sam"

It's been reviewed on the site, but you can play it yourself here:

Heaven Variant is a homage to Einhander that looks great (needs greenlight votes)

Cloudbuilt, a 3rd person Mirrors Edge / Prince of Persia style platformer with shooting. (needs greenlight votes)

Iconoclast, Konjack (NoituLove 1&2, Wayforward's sprite artist) has been making this 2D metroidvania for ages, can't wait until he finally finishes it.

C-Wars, an interesting scifi SRPG. (needs greenlight votes)

Astlebreed, An fantastic looking 3D shmup in development by Doujin circle Edleweiss,

Territoire, EasyGame Station (Reccetear) & Carpe Fulgur's long awaited SRPG hybrid.

Valdis Story & Owlboy two 2D metroidvanias that were in limbo for ages but are been worked on again.

And all the popular Kickstarter games ofc, especially Elite and that Wing Commander spiritual sequel.

There's a couple I can think of.

The first would be Transistor.

It's from the creators of Bastion, and it looks beautiful, and going by the song for the trailer, the soundtrack is going to be excellent too.

and

Octodad: Dadliest Catch.

Because it looks hilarious, and also has a great song as well. Reminds me very much of some of Twisted Pixel's work on XBLA.

None really. I don't really bother to follow any Indie games I just pick up the ones that are excellent based on reviews, word-of-mouth etc. Hasn't let me down with Super Meat Boy, FTL and Rogue Legacy so far.

I've got my fingers crossed for "War for the Overworld." It's an attempt at a modernized "Dungeon Keeper." The developers have a lot to live up to, but so far it's looking pretty good

There's also this new Kickstarter I'm looking forward to called Project Sweat that just got started.
It looks cool and I do hope it gets funded, but I don't think a lot of people know about it.

Perhaps COLLATERAL by Dancing Dinosaur Game... oh wait it's mine. If I wasn't excited about my own game then something would be wrong I suppose.

Just started our Greenlight submission for those interested: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=156122770

Captcaha: Road Rage. Pretty much.

Excited for Hat in Time, nostalgia boners through the roof.

Glad this thread is here to hopefully teach me about more obscure stuff coming out.
