As much as I would love to go to PAX, I go back to school on the 4th, so I won't be able to.

Oh well. Maybe in 2010. I'll be going to uni that year, so I'll start back later.

My suggestion: Gameworks before or after, although it will probably be crowded.

However, I might have to drop out: I volunteered to be an Enforcer this year, and if they want me, I don't know what my hours will be like. I will make every effort to be there, however.

Well, keep us updated mate!

Now, an announcement from PAX:

Greetings!
We're a few days shy of the 100 day mark, and we have quite the party planned. A quick recap of the info that's been released so far:

Jonathan Coulton, Anamanaguchi, MC Frontalot, and Freezepop will all be returning for their annual performances, and new to the concert lineup will be comedy duo Paul and Storm and Metroid Metal, a group whose name tells you everything. More info and musical samples can be found on the site.
If you haven't booked a hotel room yet, you can do so with our online system here.

We've got the entire center this year. This means more panels, a larger BYOC area, and an absolutely enormous show floor.
And one last quick warning: Attendance will be limited this year, so chances are we'll be selling out this year. If you have a friend who hasn't purchased tickets, we strongly suggest you nudge them in that direction.
Stay tuned for the next update. We've got a present for folks that pre-reg early...

So basically, if you guys have not bought tickets yet, do so NOW!

Now that I have your attention, I shall show my plan for PAX:

WE can do this one of two ways:

First, we can meet at Gameworks or Cheesecake Factory across the street from the convention center on one of or all three days before PAX starts in the morning.I would be standing in front of the store with a sign of some sort. When we are all together we can talk a bit, get some pictures, then get in line for the exebition hall.

OR second, we could all get into line and meet eachother in line with somekind of complicated bird call system. After we all get out of line, we could meet in the foyer of the convention center and take pictures, talk, etc.

What do you guys think?
I think meeting across the street would work best for me, but I can do both. Unless everyone else pre-registered, then we can all wait in will-call together.

Okays, I think we should meet before the exhebition hall opens and get in line together, sounds good?

So does that mean you would like to join? Because by all means the more the merrier! So yes or no?

Sounds good, I'll hopefully be getting there the day before so it should work.

I wish I could join you, but, If I end up going, it wouldn't be until rather late, as that's what my friend always does.
So will you be joining us, or should I not count you in?

Unless you plan on meeting up at midnight, I wouldn't.
Very well then, I shan't count you in. Have fun though :p

Sadly despite living in Western Canada, Seattle is out of my vacation price range for this year.

Also, it's a BIG AMERICAN CITY, which scares me, being from Canada and all.
