If the evidence is so weak then the New Zeland High Court has (not had) the right to refuse the extradition. Really, NatWest? Did you read all of it? These guys where in bed with ENRON. And the charge they copped to was Wire Fraud, not embezzelment. And wire fraud charges don't require an aggrived party to file charges. Natwest (the company they had allegedly embezzled) didn't press charges against them. It was done purely so that the U.S. department of prosecution could add a few more to their kill list.
