I would be surprised (and delighted) if it is coming to PC I still think it is one of the finest games ever made and its a shame it did not get more love. Selvaria is in Dengeki Bunko Climax though which is released in November so if they are releasing it on PC now would be about the right time for it.

SEGA? Do something smart with their cult classic IPs? XD I'm sure you'll see a PC port of VC around the time Yakuza 5 crosses the pond, VC3 hits the PS network, and a sega game is developed that doesn't blow.

I'd consider trying it. I'm not very fond of the anime art style, really not my thing, but an alternate universe WW2 scenario tactical action game? That's right up my alley. I remember being fairly intrigued when the game first came out although I never got to play it for obvious 'don't own the right console' reasons.

I've been begging for this for years, please make it a good port, Sega. I really loved the game back when I still had my PS3, hopefully this release comes with the DLC as well straight out of the box, I'll definitely go buy it again for PC!

Well, now that it's confirmed, I'm pretty happy about that. I put like 80 hours into VCII, so obviously I want to play the first game.

This means that we all should buy the game as soon as it is released on the PC. If it does well enough we can then hope that the other two would be ported to the PC as well. I liked 1 and 2 (despite the weaker story and characters of 2, the system was great, and the story and characters weren't terrible). Even though I don't have a PC that would be able to support it, I will buy it ASAP just to try to get them to release the other 2.

I'm very excited by this as I was never able to play the first one. And, heck, maybe if this sells like hot cakes we'll see Sega getting their heads out of the sand and releasing more games outside of Japan again.

Some people would call this a cash grab but...this it? It was a PS3 title, sequels were PSP. The obvious thing to do to wring out as much money is to release a...well not HD edition...definitive? Yeah that is what they've decided on will be replacing "HD", put all three games in one package. I know I'd be picking that up if it were to happen.
Also why no Xbox version? I assume its because they can't brute force it like they undoubtedly will on PC, and so they just won't bother.

First game is a gem, second is average, not played the third.

If you notice, the release dates listed by PEGI aren't on the same day as the other games' actual releases. It's just the date on which the PEGI gave the stamp on it. I presume we won't be getting much in the way of new content, but most re-release/ports that I've seen and played (for instance Assault Horizon, Iron Brigade, Toy Soldiers) all had their DLCs included.

I was going to buy that when I had a PS3 but then I lost my PS3, this is great news for me!

It's freaking dirt cheap too!
I hope it does well and they bring out the other games for PC too, I don't care that they look worse because they were portable, I really hope it's ported well though, I want to play it not have it sitting on my account making my game library artificially larger by not working (Looking at you Dark Souls).
