Apparently, Valve is telling that L4D is not going to be immediately launched on the PS3. Like that wasn't known.

They tell that Episode 3 and Portal 2 are still in the works, as expected.

Then their interview went to the point of the Wii. Valve expresses that there are these things called children that the developers have. They want to release a Wii title with a mind for kids. So, we may not get Orange Box Wii, but we'll get something from Valve for the Wii.

Interesting read... Too bad HL2:Ep3 and Portal won't be coming out for a while.

Actually, this reminds me of something a friend told me about: What if you were to package HL2:Ep3, Portal 2, and L4D in one package? While this interview shows that it's not possible, due to time constraints, it would be a nice idea to have Ep3, Portal 2 and a multiplayer component in one package.

But it would be too good. There wouldnt be enough space on the disc to hold all three most likely so you woukld end up having two or three discs and then kind of defeat the point of the hole thing.

Or, like, Steam goes multi-platform?

Agreed. A single disc could never contain that much awesomeness.

Yep, even if the disc had enough memory when you opened the box and took the disc out you could probably hold it aloft and it would summon a cadre of people so absurdly cool that they would spontaneously detonate into a slow-mo dance party montage complete with lights and thumping music right there in your house.

You know, I've always wondered what kind of game would come out of Valve had they applied their talent into making something unique for Wii. I mean, seeing what they've already done with just a keyboard and mouse, who knows what they'd do with a wii-mote. Imagine playing fetch with Dog.

I can't help but think what Viva Pinata would be like on the Wii. I would bludgeon waaay more animals if that was the case. Digging and watering would be more fun the pressing A. Wow, the game could actually be interesting.

Oh, what were we talking about? Oh, Episode 3. Gordon rocks. Portal's fun. Gordon kills stuff.

This sounds like the setup from a CAD-comic, the next three panels we wil have exposition that tells us why the joke would've been funny if the exposition had not ruined it.

This is excellent news! It means that we're garenteed get something original on the Wii in the future instead of another Metroid/Mario Kart/SSMB/etc. (Not that I have anything against those games, but Nintendo kind of milks the cash cow a bit too hard)

Portal for Wii would be fun. Point the Wiimote at the screen, press the button, and a portal appears...
