So, we've all probably played a game with an animal companion, and sometimes, we get a attached to them just like we would a real life pet.

What are your favorite animal companions/allies in video games?

I have three, and for me, it's:
Hewie from Haunting Ground
Blanca from Shadow Hearts: Covenant
Shadow from Dead To Rights

I have plenty of others that I really like (Dogmeat, Brown, etc.) but these would be my top 3.

Nothings better then one of them jumping an enclave in the middle of a fight.

The King of Red Lions Boat from Wind Waker. It counts! Plus it's a king and has a lions face. And turned out to be a king with an amazing beard. And was the only sail boat that could jump out of sheer will.

Also, Barnacles from Half-Life. I love going into gmod, Spawning a whole crapload of them,and then luring people under them.
