Of the ones not mentioned:
1. Moebius the Time Streamer and the Elder God from Legacy of Kain. I can hardly keep track of the games' timelines, and they're somehow able to manipulate everything in this temporal mess. Also, Elder God is voiced by Tony Jay, which makes him instantly awesome.

Spoiler: 2. The main antagonist from Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

2. Sebastian LaCroix from Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. An antagonist worthy of the setting, playing you till the very end. And of course it turns out that he himself is being played by even greater powers. That's Vampire in a nutshell.
