I have had a nightmare where I have been trapped in Silent Hill. It was awful, it was the Silent Hill 2 kind of Silent Hill and it did use my deep secrets, fears and insecurities against me.
Are you 100% sure you were asleep.... just asking....

OT-
I had a nightmare after playing the first Bioshock that I was in stuck in part of Rapture while it was slowly filling with water. Pretty damn creepy, because drowning is one of only a few things I'm properly scared of.

Oddly enough the laboratory-like environments from the Resident Evil series have spread throughout a couple of my dreams although they were hosts to entirely different settings.

The closest thing I've had to a video game related nightmare was the other night- it wasn't scary so much as frustrating. I'd been playing the LittleBigPlanet 2 Muppets Pack levels before I went to bed. In my dream I was talking to someone over the phone, and I was trying to get some information from them, when suddenly the person on the other end of the line was Kermit, and he just kept talking nonsense. It would have been hilarious if I'd not been in a hurry so I just got angrier and angrier with him until I hung up.

After playing Mass Effect 2 for too (Ha) long I had a semi-nightmare that I was on the Normandy doing....something, and then the ship got attacked. Not really traumatising but I woke up in a sweat.

Chip's Challenge......
Oh gods, tiles everywhere, every....where.....

Other than that I'd love some gaming nightmares, they would be rather tame compared to the ones I usually get.
lol I loved that game.

I dreamed about Half Life 1 once... I was stuck in an endless maze of corridors and air ducts. It sounds funny, but I woke up with a massive headache. I hate dreams that give you a question, yet have no solution.
