Pretty much all the bosses in Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 on their harder difficulties. (even worse is when they have back up with them)
for me the second to last boss on Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, where you play as shadow, took me about 5-6 days to figure out. Also the last bosws of Prototype took me about a month to figure out, since my freind told me to use muscle mass the whole way through the battle was the only way to beat him, one month later i use sword and armor, beat him in about half a minute..... outside of that i dont realy get angry at bosses, just let them sit for a week and then go back to them, usualy works
the final boss in Geist(Gamecube) it let down an otherwise great game with a boring boss at the end.
Slippy anyone? "FOX GET THIS GUY OFF ME!!!!" and then right after you save him "FOX HELLLLP!!"
or the Leechgrave from Kingdom Hearts 358/2days which isn't hard but just takes forever.
ohhh and almost forgot Cerberus from Devil May Cry 3 you get his health down about halfway and then he starts dropping the ceiling on you and you have to start over because that almost always kills you..

"Hey Niko, you want to go bowling?" will haunt my sleep for years to come. The phone call always came up in the middle of a mission, I'd turn him down, then he'd be all pissed at me when I phone him up later. I thought he would cut me some slack on account of saving his ass so many times, but no.
Penance from FFX; the douche had the gall to let me grind for an extra 50 or so hours, to let me beat him after an hour long fight by accident (purely for dark matter farming purposes) only to find that I didn't even get a cutscene or anything- nobody even mentioned the fact that we'd just beaten the strongest FF boss ever (til that point).
That's his easiest fight and also one of the easiest bosses.TheNamlessGuy said:
His second fight has explosive kunai throwers(the throwers already kill you in seconds if you don't block) and his other fights are even worse.
The worst boss is from the same game though. Dagra Dai, you fight him before the final boss(no save point, no healing) he hovers, has homing attacks and infinitely respawning humanoid dragons.

Oh and the other character I hate Ashley from RE4 - could she be more useless? I'm a girl and sure we need protection sometimes but come on shes slowing us down! Dante in DMC4 pissed me off so much I nearly threw my controller at the t.v. (or nearest wall).
I was never able to beat Motaro from MK3 so he deserves a mention.
The Final three-part battle from God of War was agonizing, particularly when I've killed 48 of the 50 Kratos clones and having the last two kill his wife and daughter, or getting during the last fight with Ares getting him down to almost no health then having the fucking computer kick my ass.

Wesker, final boss of Resident Evil 5 - first stage of the fight (on the aircraft carrier). The fight is actually pretty easy and can be over in under a minute... assuming you've got a human partner to play Sheva. If not, it can turn into an hour-long festival of frustration, where even if YOU do everything right, the partner AI will still screw up at the last second and send you back to the start of the fight...
That prick Danny Wallace played in AC2. I thought he was a dick before he started dissing me in video games. ******.
