Nanosuit from Crysis. The military that got that technology would be unstoppable.
It would except for how super expensive it would be. Only special forces would ever get to use it.

There are a lot of cool military technologies out there. Trouble it, Most of them cost a lot in R&D costs, not to mention manufacturing and right now the US military is finding ways to cut costs, not the other way around(The Army is cutting the number of soldiers by half or something like that).
Honestly, if it costs to much to make its useless to the military since even if they have it they won't be able to use it. Trouble is politicians still go for that kind of stuff -.- Honestly in military matters the politicians are the most useless part and faulted for most of the problems.

Honestly more money should be spent on training and drills, if we focus on that military power would actually improve.

Castlevania Wall chicken.

Feeling sick? Wall chicken.
Break a leg? Wall chicken.
Got cancer? Wall chicken.

Any of those AND hungry?! Wall chicken.
Sounds just as powerful as Final Fight trash can chicken, but requires you to be able to break a wall to get to it. Lots more people can knock over a trash can than bust open a wall.
Power Pellets, they give you the power to eat ghosts, that would be so useful.
My vote for most useful goes to Engineer Wrench from TF2. You can fix/assemble things by hitting them with a wrench. That is is literally how simple things need to be for some people to actually be able to do those things, so you could make billions. As a bonus, you'd get to run Ikea and their allan wrench based business model into the ground.

A save/load feature.

Seriously the most OP'd item in any game, period. However, methinks this would open a whole new can of world problems.

Instead, I'm going to have to go with the entire Hydrocon system in Doom 3. Provides energy, water, and air all from common iron oxide (rust).

The portable pocket dimensions that all games with an inventory system have you'll never ever have to carry anything again!

Also Skills books and magazines in the fallout series, just open them and you'll be able to perform complex surgeries.
