While it's more of a song than a quote, "Big Iron" from Fallout NV plays twice as much on the radio as any other song in the game due to a programming error. And I HATE that song after sinking around 150 hours into the game.
Actually, now that I think about it, I can get a quote I hate from it; "Big iron on his hip."

I don't know how anyone can get enough of that line...seriously, that is the best voice acting of that whole game. If I had to pick one from Oblivion it'd be "Thank you kind sir," said in that eerie high-pitched voice the beggars suddenly revert to when given gold.

Outside of that, that bloody Clap-Trap bastard from Borderlands. "Heyyy wanna do that mission that became trivial for you ten hours ago? Well, I'm gonna keep reminding you anyway!" *annoying robot voice*

Mildly made up for with: "Check me out I'm DANCING! I'm DANCING!" *dances* "Uh-uh-uh-uh, check me out, uh-uh-uh..."
