If you could make one of your favorite games into a show, which one would it be?

For me, I'd make Infamous a live-action show. It would be kind like Smallville without all the angst.

I think the most logical choice would be Alan Wake, seeing as the game already establishes itself as a TV show within a video game. It would draw in the Twin Peaks & LOST fans like wildfire.

Acctually that sounds pretty good. But my fear of it ruining the plot of the game for the sake of the serie makes me not want that.

One that i wouldn't mind would be a animated version of psychonauts, taking up the events after the game. It can pick a lot, mainly because it's a kid with incredible abilities that can visit other peoples mind. It has lots of potential in the right hands...

Ever since the Zelda series that they tried to make, I keep finding myself completely against the idea.

Although finding out that they made this was kind of cool:

I guess the Kingdom Hearts series would be good to make into an animated series. However, I see them being turned into a couple of OVA's(or am I using the term right?). The main problem would be what game to make into the show.

I see Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days, Re:Coded, and Birth by Sleep to be the optimum choices for this, but I belive it is debate-able to the rest of the fans.

Halo already has a couple of OVA's, but maybe this time they can focus on the fall of reach and Noble Team.

Well not necessarily; my opinion about movies or tv shows based around games should be based on the series or set within the universe but not following the main storyline. That way they can do basically whatever they want within the established universe and not piss off fans of the original story.

And a Psychonauts TV show would be great to watch.

A starcraft in the same format has Battlestar Galactica would be awesome.

Come on Blizzard, just do it already.

I think Final Fantasy would be fantastic. Each season would tell the story of one of the games; this would ensure, whether the episodes are a half hour or hour, that each story could be told without completely filleting them to fit into a movie's running time. It would probably work best as an anime (or CG like Advent Children), especially since I wouldn't want America touching this, but it could possibly work as live action too. Either way, if done well, one Final Fantasy game per season would be fantastic. Perhaps later stretching into other Square Enix games, like Kingdom Hearts and The World Ends With You.

It would be have to be any mmo for me.

Have all the footage happen in game ONLY and have a joke where one of the heroes gets lag all the time and disconnects as he gets the important plot device item and they all just wait patiently (including the villains) then he just pops back in then the action starts again.
