My votes go to Zelda, Super Metroid, and Castlevania Symphony of the Night. Although Punch Out would be cool too.
I agree with Majinary on this. A lot of games that have brilliant stories would get lost in translation when taken from console to theatre. I think God of War could easily translate directly to screen with very little story adaption needed, but in saying that the appeal of that would be to see those big screen action sequences with gargantuan beasts of Greek mythology, and Clash of the Titans has probably got that covered pretty well.Majinary said:I dunno because I'm more of an FPS kinda guy, I think that for the most part, when there is a popular game with an awesome story (a bit rare, but...) what makes it great is the interactive factor. Fallout and Bioshock are cool because there's you dropped into the middle of it all. Hell, think about Portal. Who'd wanna watch some girl jump through holes in the wall for two hours?
I'd rather they make a movie based of the Prince of Persia: Sand of Time trilogy than Assassin's Creed... OH WAIT.ShasoRmyr said:Please no one say Metal Gear Solid 4, or Heavy Rain. (Unless your being serious)
On topic: I would love to see an Assassin's Creed movie. Lots of potential.
