Butch from Fallout 3 - What a knobend! Nice jacket he gives you though...

Also, pretty much everyone from Need for Speed: Most Wanted, with the exception of Rog. All the Blacklist members (who get to speak) are over-confident, brash, rude, high on their own self importance and have all the depth and charisma of a spider's piss-puddle. Just like most of the "Max Power" fraternity then...
