Maybe an Artwork for my Thread as a Title Card.

...database of databases? metabase? buy a domain (metabase.com?) + hosting and I'll make it into a proper page for ya (maybe with auto update of list of games on each site) and convince escapist to link to it somewhere in the menu :-D

Thank you for your advice but I don't think I will do something like that...
However if I am going to do a page FOR ALOT OF THINGS, not only for videogames, I will think about.

Now I need to find a way to put Doujins and Visuals Novels Databases sites without screamming to myself:
"IT IS NOT MY FAULT!!! IT IS NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!! IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE IF THE MOST GAMES IT HAVE IS SEX GAMES!!!!!!!!!"

Thankfully is seems doesn't bother so much when I putted the first database for Visual Novels.
But what about the others sites?

What do you think?

Is there a way to nominate threads to be stickies? Because this thing deserves to be stickied, along with the games you can't remember the name of thread.

This is a great site for the viewing the box art of Amiga games:

It's particularly good because when you're trying to remember a game from your childhood, often the box art is the one aspect that really sticks with you, especially when it's the ultra-stylised (and often unrelated to the actual game art) box art that was so popular during that era.

I wish more games used this type of box art, but I suppose nowadays the actual game graphics are good enough just to place a touched-up screen grab on the front cover, rather than try to sell the mediocre looking game with fantastical hand drawn art.

Just an update before i go to sleep.
I will put two sites in the new Category "Doujins Videogames Database".
These two sites are the same, but they have different games depend with language you will select.
So I put Japanese and English seperate from each other.

With that said, I will complete mu update now!

Goodmorning Everyone!!!

First of, I must thank you all of you that contributed to this Thread to keep it alive and of course make it all better.

I have purpose to put a Credit Tag Inside my first post for the people they helped in the Thread.

Also I want to say a special thank to the user @DoPo for helping me with the layout of my Database Index with his Mad-Forums Skills.

Hello again my Friends!!!

I decided to put a new Category that I though it would be great idea:

Funded/Approved Videogames Database

This list will have many different games that created or approved with the help of many people who wanted to support this games. Saddly this sites also includes games that didn'r makde it in time or the people don't wanted to play them.

Mmmmm...yeah I should create this kind of list also.
But how can we call it?
"online distribution services videogames Database" it is long to me. Maybe something shorter.

Also I will make a change and I will change the Funded/Approved V. D., to Supported/Unsupported V. D.
It sound more suitable that way.

hhhaaaaaaa..........I hate my today's luck.....while I was writing a big post.....black out happened......ffffffffffffffffff***************************************************

Anyway, I just wanted to say I will make a big update today to my Database of....Databases.
So I will post:
-IndieGogo, a site similar with Kickstarter.
-Bogy Leech Videogame Bestiary. This person is my hero!!! I really love his taste when it comes to crazy,obscure,twisted creatures he post. But NOT only for Videogames! For everykind of media you can think of!! Don't see only this specific Bestiary! See the whole site of this guy!!!
-A new Category, "Handheld Videogames Database". This Category will have Handheld consoles, iOS, Android and Mobile Videogames together.

Upadate now!!!

EDIT: I want to find a name for the category with the sites like the Steam and Origin...

Sup once again My friends!!!
Another update for today and my list will have:

-New Category "Online Distribution Services for Videogames Database" [yeah, very long name...Any suggestion for other name is welcome]. This category will have sites where you can buy downloadable videogames Like Steam and Desura.
-Another new Category "Pay-What-You-Want Videogames Database". This one will include sites were the gamer can put their own price to pay specific games that are available.

Update now!!!
I hope to put more good sites later. Bye!!!

EDIT:
Just to say I will put now many sites in the Pay-What-You-Want category.
I found a lot of them.
Also some other sites in different categories.

Digital Distribution Database? It's implicit that it's for video games, so you can skip that part.
