There was one for one of the PS2 Mortal Kombat games, the one with the RPG-ish gametype, something about waiting at a certain location for possibly years for... *something*.

I remember something from Pokemon G/S/C, getting a Pichu for starters. You had to name your character 'Ash' start out, then walk around the border of your home town five times. When you go to the Prof, he should tell you that all the other pokemon are gone but he happens to go out and catch you a Pichu.

I also vaguely recall this really weird one where you could make two characters have sex in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

That was a mod that recovered files already in the game. When it got out, they took the files out so it's difficult to get a moddable copy now.
