Most 'evil deadly monsters' in B grade horror movies. I mean come on, it's not EVIL, it's an ANIMAL and they do not kill based off of any motivation aside from survival, protection of territory and for food. It's usually the character's own damn fault for invading their territory and so I have to root for the animal because by right the territory belongs to it. So the humans invade it's home, attack it as it tries to defend itself then kill it heartlessly. Monstrous.

Count Dooku, with his little light sabre walking stick.

Edit: Also Anakin Skywalker was just angst... I mean why lucas, why?

You make 2 good villains, One you cut in half, the other you drown behind angst. What is the matter with you?
Speaking of Star Wars, I'm going to say General Grievous (or however you spell his name). He's a lot less threatening when he's coughing all the time like he has asthma.

Irving from Resident Evil 5.

He's a businessman with stand'ads!
*Facepalm* Agreed. Almost as bad as Ramon Salazar from Resident Evil 4. What am i saying? Most of the Resident Evil villains i wouldn't take seriously. Maybe Wesker considering he's been the only semi-serious sounding villain in the series, Not counting RE5 :D

Any villain who's plans include becoming an all-powerful ruler, destroying the world, doing something involving the word evil, or anything similar. Comic book villains and children's cartoon villains have a nasty habit of falling in this category.

What are some of the stupidest villains you have encountered?

How about the Gorn from Star Trek: TOS
Is it just me, or does the Gorn have a lightsaber attached to his belt?
