The RD is the one who threw me out. Actually, beforehand I had talked to the RA and he gave me permission to use the guy's bathroom anytime I needed. It was minutes after, when he reported, the RD had requested him to get me out of there as soon as humanly possible.

You may not have anything you can do at the moment. Maybe a well worded polite letter reminding these people of your original agreement and money that has paid for it? Also, I endorse pillow farting.

From the way you described it, either your RD is totally spineless and shouldn't have that job, or someone somewhere is covering their ass for being an idiot, most likely b/c you're in the dorm off the books in some way.

Either way, just deal with it for the night--ain't no shame in sleepin' on a couch, in an car, even in the alley, wherever. Once everyone's sober in the morning, be sure you get a consistent story from everyone in charge, and if you find any bullshit, or even something that just doesn't track for you, follow it through.

Don't do anything stupid just tell the story to the RA. And it should work itself out. In the mean time you may have to shack up with a friend or in a car or something. Don't go sleeping out in public parks or anything and get in more shit though.

And you could probably look into legal action, if you want.

Doesnt the RA know who lives and who doesnt live in the dorm? You said you pay to live in the dorm with your girlfriend? So why do you even need permission to use the toilet in a dorm you pay for?

The simple way to solve this was to ignore the other girl, and then when she was bashing on your door, you simply walk outside with a baseball bat in your hands, with a ball in your back pocket.

She'll back off because you're 1 step away from bashing her across the head, and you can't get in any legal trouble because you were going to play ball with your friend.

That doesn't work, make sure there's witnesses and get all up in her face and/or the guys, until one of them will hit you - and you can now sue the living shit out of them and afford your own place.

But in all seriousness, you should probably mention how the reason they're angry at you is because another guy wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. I suppose you could somehow lodge a complaint with the dean of students, but that might be taking it a bit too far.
