Want to know if this PC will run Crysis, etc.

OK, first of all, I don't care about graphics. I don't care what res I'll have to run it in. I want to know if this PC will run Crysis (Crysis used only as a benchmark here, I don't really like the game much) at a playable frame rate on any settings.

It'll run Crysis. It probably won't run it at very high with a decent framerate, and it certainly won't run it at very high and at 1680x1050 (to pull that off I swear to good black magic of some kind is needed) but it'll run it for sure.

Oddly, it seems that the graphics card is now called by this name: Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 Graphics (Department of Redundancy Department).

All Intel graphics cards suck so yes, it will.

Here's a useful site to verify if your computer can run this or that ; http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ , it's called "Can you run it?"

Keep in mind it's based off the minimum specs required, you might not run some games/apps at full graphics.
