Wanted Characters for Super Smash Bros. 4 (If it happens)

I would love it if they included Crash Bandicoot and Rayman. Come on! Sonic, Crash, Mario and Rayman in a brawl... how classic do you want?
Master Chief (Halo)
He would be above average speed, high strength and endurance.
Final smash would obviously be a Spartan Laser beam that goes on for a few seconds... Like Lucarios but not from the air.
Knuckles (Sonic the Hedgehog)
He'd be faster than most but stronger than sonic
Final smash would be Hyper Knuckles. Like Sonics Final Smash
Crash Bandicoot(Crash Bandicoot Series)
Average stats all round.
His smash could be he puts that tribal mask and he goes invincible and a lot stronger for a short period.

Okay, I personally feel the need to contest this in part. There are areas of this post I like and areas that I hate.Indigo_Dingo said:
ISAAC: One of my favorite JRPG characters of all time, but rather generic if it comes to a fighting game like SSB. Since he's mainly recognized as Earth-attributed and most of his attacks are magical, it might seem a little awkward. I can imagine Psynergy attacks like Clay Spire and Planet Diver as possible attacks, as well as Annihilation and (this is a long shot) using Djinn to attack in an Olimar-esque fashion, but otherwise... I don't see it happening. It would be awesome to see the Titan Blade activation or Judgment summon as Final Smashes, though.

CONKER: Anything in parentheses is my personal opinion, and by reading this, you forfeit any right to criticize the former fact. You're thinking of throwing a (horrible) character from a (piss-poor) Mature-rated game into a fighter for kids... yeah. That'll go over well.
GANONDORF (original): Yes, okay, they gave him a sword in Brawl. How about for once, you MAKE HIM USE IT?! I actually would very much like to see a Ganondorf character that didn't make me scream "GANON... PAWNCH!" and "GANON KICK!" in the back of my head everytime I had the inclination to use him to beat the shit out of Link while he sits there and takes it like a good little boy should (no perverse undertones there at all, no sir).
In short, all the best ideas for characters have been used, exploited and cloned over and over and over and once more over again. The only characters they haven't bastardized yet are any of the Castlevania characters, any character from any of the Final Fantasies from before FFVII (I wanted to play as Edgar and Relm from FFVI... why hast thou forsaken me, Square?!)
Ok. These are some of the characters I would like
-spyro-he would get different breathes, fly, and his ramming charge
-crash bandicoot
-2 or 3 sonic characters
-your own mii-they would suck but I would like them as an assist trophie- like my mii of myself teams up with mario
-PAC-man-with arms and legs of course from PAC man world
-silver-only as an assist trophy you can't add more than 3 sonic characters right after they just added sonic in brawl
-chrono-it's chrono, so yah
-Issac-sword and magical powers
-felix-from golden sun
-more villians- the villians are outnumbered
-smash bros own personal character in adventure mode- not like tabuu or ancient minister- more like a boy that meets the Hero's and joins them by fate...
-Rayman- yup but the can't focus on the rabids too much. I like the originall Rayman games alot better
-Megaman and protoman-from battle network
-Pokemon trainer with blastoise and venisaur-everone only likes CHARZARD out of the three it needs to be changed
-extra Pokemon trainer-as I said before they would all be on the final stage
-paula maybe poo-screw Lucas however poo should have martial arts skills and paula should be different from ness
-krystal-some of foxs moves,a spear, magic, and an airwing as a smashmove
-Roy -I liked him better than Marth
-more fire emblem characters- like michaiah, lyn-eileood will become an assist trophy and ashnard (another villian)
-king k. Rool-although he is annoying

The only Sonic characters acceptable other than Sonic is Tails and Robotnik. They were the only characters on when the series was good, and they're the only ones non-Sonic fans would actually recognize.
Personally the only characters I want is Rydia from FF4 and Megaman. Only because those characters have potential for EPIC final smashes.
And for the love of God, give Ganondorf his own moveset. Preferably one that can balance well with him moving faster than continental drift.

Smashboards.com had some good suggestions in their Brawl character speculation thread. Their criteria for suggestions made sense, too (favoring first-party characters and accepting only recognizable third-party characters, etc.).
Honestly, more than any particular character, I'd like to see more attention made to balancing the characters. Brawl has some embarrassingly uneven matchups and a lopsided tier list. I think everyone's tired of seeing like ten Metaknights and fifteen Snakes at tournaments. It's quite sad. Of course, I'm talking about playing Smash at a competitive level and for some people, these things aren't an issue.
Answering your question:
I wouldn't mind seeing Mega Man or Viewtiful Joe in Smash... some Capcom representation. Maybe Ryu or Leon Kennedy. Simon Belmont would be a good secondary Konami representative (to accompany Snake). As for first/second-party characters, I'd choose someone from the Advance Wars franchise and have all their attacks be animated with little tanks and miniature air strikes.
As for returning characters, I miss the way Mario, C. Falcon, and Ganondorf played in Melee. Actually, Mario is a mixed bag. I'd give him Melee Dr. Mario's forward-aerial attack and I'd give the cape back it's Melee anti-recovery properties. I'd also get rid of that awful FLUDD attack he has in Brawl. Brawl Ness, however, is a vast improvement over Melee Ness; he just needs a faster spike (down-aerial).

Lucas needs to go. He is just a japan only pussy and all of his moves don't come from his game. They come from ness. Paula and poo would do good especially because of poos martial art skills. Lucas has to leave smash bros forever!

Either Gray Fox (he was an assist trophy!), Olga, or Raiden from the various MGS games (they were all cyber ninjas).
Ness' moves don't come from his game either. With the exception of PK Flash, none of Ness' moves are his own, and with the additional exception of PK Starstorm, none of them are from EarthBound originally, they're from Mother. Actually snake is just good unless they remade metal gear solid 1 2 or 3 or just transfered them onto a collecters addition for wii. Then they could add meryl, raiden, or liquid. But gray fox is good as an assist trophieorannis62 said:
