They are never gonna take those characters off. Even though Jigglypuff sucks all they need to do is change her up(B)and when her sheild breaks she doesn't fly in the air and die. And also all of them aren't copy characters.

Basically any other pokemon but leave out Jigglypuff (possibly the most pathetic character of the series)

are you kidding?!? jiggly puff is awesome, once you get here sleeping move down she's a friggin tank

nintendo should totally pull a soulcalibur : Vader and Yoda!

I'm not to sure about Vader or Yoda, they're not Nintendo based characters, Nintendo would have to go to Lucasarts to get them, plus I believe that they'd only drag down the game seeing as how there's already too many Star Wars games out there already.
Besides, it takes way too long to actually get jigglypuff to where you need it for the sleeping move to be effective and it leaves you wide open for attacks because there's like a 3 second window when it goes to sleep.
Although a Team Rocket counterpart to the Pokemon Trainer would be kind of good. I mean every good character in SSb needs an evil counterpart and jigglypuff just doesn't fit in.

aha ya i was joking about vader in yoda, it was just a comment on the completely random move in soul calibur 4...

And yes jiggly puff's window of attack is small for that move, but if you work on your timing, it works great

Hmm, I would have to go with... The Scout. Seriously! He would be perfect for SSB4. He is a quick character, has three built-in B-attacks, Has some great taunts, and (just like in TF2) would require a large amount of practice to get all of the nuances down. He would be the perfect character for all of the stiff-necked all metaknight competition players because he is designed around maneuverability, and would be fun to play against as well. Basically, he would seem, to my eye at least, to be a mix of Sonic and Fox.

Quite honestly I think the characters in brawl were enough but if I had to choose I would like seeing Starkiller (Star Wars Force Unleashed) and Miis! I was really dissapointed when u couldn't put miis in Brawl.
And while I'm posting on a SSBB thread, Super Smash Brothers is for NINTENDO CHARACTERS ONLY!
Snake only got in because Sony payed heaps to put him in to revive the dead franchise

Well, I somehow managed to call Ike six months before the announcement, so...

Kalas or Lyude from Baten Kaitos (or Sagi from Origins). Lloyd or Colette from Tales of Symphonia.

I greatly doubt there will be another one, but I'd want one of these four/five, preferably Kalas, if only so I could see his normal specials as Blue Storm/Energy Wave, Fangs of Light, Lord of the Wind, and Chaotic Illusion (and one of the Guardian attacks as a Final Smash, preferably Lingering Time).

Definitely "Master Cheif" being the single most expensive character to buy out, No matter what game his presence is felt it i still find ways to get that release of endorphins through my body, his voice is one of pure valiance and integrity but he still in tales all the "kick-ass" merits of FPS characters

It shouldn't happen. If I want to play smash bros I'll play Melee or Brawl. As it stands now a 4th smash game would just add nothing but obscure characters no one gives a damn about.
