She simply shrugged and chuckled to herself as Rex flopped back on the couch. [color=bb0066] "He was always a hopeless case." [/color]

After drinking the water, Greed placed down his glass and said, "You know, I've been wondering. Are we pitted against eachother by whoever's running the show, or are we just expected to pick our own opponents?"

Gold frowned slightly. "I can't fault you for wanting to go back home. If it wasn't for what I left, I'd be right there with ya... But if all I have to concern myself with is making sure my fight was interesting, its a better deal then home. Maybe my tune will change in another month or so." he smiled at Carmen. "But until then, I'm fine with enjoying my more unusual company."

Carmen shook her head toward Greed. [color=bb0066] "Usually, one simply walks out into the arena or challenges someone and others fight the one who issued the challenge. It's odd but the system works." [/color]

She simply shrugged toward Gold. [color=bb0066] "What I left wasn't exactly pretty, but I got myself into it willingly and I'd like to get back to it as soon as possible. ...Though drinking around with you all is nice, compared to my normal company." [/color]

"Wierd... That doesn't work like any tournament I've ever heard of." Greed remarked in reponce to Carmen's question. "Anyway. I have more stuff here then I do back home, so I'm perfectly fine with being here. A large suite, with a safe worth of stuff and a bar with a supple of drink that never seems to run out. And all that's asked in return is that I beat up some people from time to time. That's a pretty sweet deal if ya ask me."

Gold sat there for a moment, before breaking into a nervous grin. "well then, lets just enjoy each others company until we part ways, shall we?"

Clover went over to Rex "I guess I have nobody to help me eat all this bacon than!"

She simply nodded and smiled toward Gold before finishing her drink and pouring another. [color=bb0066] For all those scars, this is how he acts around me...? Even knowing what I am? ....Foolish. [/color]

Greed opened his mouth and was about to answer Carmen when he noticed Clover suddenly appearing. "Where the hell did you come from?" he asked, somewhat confused.

Gold smiled, only to frown and look down into his drink, tilting the canteen up and drinking deeply. don't lead her on you moron. She doesn't need a guy who could never meet all her needs. Leave it. Fight well, earn your sleep, stay lonely. Safer that way. his eyes began glowing red.
@Nail can't access the picture right now, but he wears an orange hat, with a black outfit highlighted in orange. He's got the holater for a pistol on one hip, pokeballs for his team on the other hip. Wears running shoes, white and black sneakers. Cargo pants. Face is heavily scarred, which would noticeably be planned out and drawn onto his face, not an accident by any means. Both eyes are replaced by mechanical ones, and sone scars would dip into the sockets.

Clover than decided to sit on top of Rex "Man this couch sure is comfy!" He looked over at Greed "Magic" He said simply

Carmen took a slight glance toward Clover before becoming instantly disinterested. She looked over toward Gold's eyes changing colors and raised an eyebrow as she drank up a little more. [color=bb0066] "Your eyes are getting as red as mine. Something on your mind, dear?" [/color]

"Riiiight..." Greed dryly said upon hearing Clover's answer, then glanced to his side to Gold, looking first to his selection of Pokéballs, then a more discreet glance to his eyes. The direction Greed looked to was largely hidden by his shades.

Gold blushed, an obvious effort due to his scar tissue. The scarred skin would stay pale, causing the scars to pick thenselves out of the reddening skin. "nothing. Just bad thoughts I shouldn't be having." useless. Wasted potebtial. Only survivor, and he can't ensure others can speak of the crimes. All you do is kill, and take, and try to rationalize your actions. Whos the villian, the rockets or you?

A ghost like figure came from Clover's body and solidified into existence. It was a man in a pink dress... I mean a very manly robe. It had frills and roses all over it "Isn't this place so lovely!"

Hearing a new voice, Greed looked over his shoulder in the direction the voice had come from, seeing the now corporeal ghost that had manifested from Clover. He snickered upon seeing what the man was wearing. "How did you get in here?"

Carmen noticed Gold's awkward-looking blush and giggled softly. [color=bb0066] "...You're not thinking of naughty thoughts including the men in here, are you?" [/color] She teased as she whispered into the ranger's ear.

Rex suddenly jolted, shoving both Clover and the ghost off of him. [color=000066] "...." [/color]

"Through the power of love!" The man now had a pink fairy wand. "This is my love manifested into a person. Wake this guy up Love" Love went over to Rex and bopped him on the head with his wand before he spread pink glitter "You need to wake up! See the lovely things, maybe I can do your hair" Love spread rose petals onto the ground when Rex woke up "Yay! I succeeded"

Gold shook his head, not trusting himself to say anything as his eyes shown black as coals. remember that rocket that begged for mercy? How you blew his knees out and left him begging. Zubats killed him for you.

Greed blinked as he looked and listned to Clover and Love. "Okay, that's nice... Now what's the real answer?"
