The flamvell archer flinched, only for one of the facedown cards to raise up, firing a counter lighting bolt and draining Raz's from the sky. the archer took aim and fired an arrow, scowling in a superbly masculine manner. "Yeah, magic drains annoying, I know a lot of people who ***** about it. lets see what I pull next..." he muttered, pulling another card from his deck. he played another face down card.

Malcor shrugged. "we've all got our secrets. Best not to reveal it too easily."

Rex followed Ness and Selim.

More focused on looking around cautiously, Selim was somewhat taken by suprise when Ness poked him, causing him to jump by a small bit. [color=915f6d]"H-hey!"[/color] He said as he looked up to Ness, although smiling as he did so. [color=915f6d]"You already poked me, so I poked you back. You can't poke me back for that, Miss Fedora. That's not how it works!"[/color] He said jokingly as he poked her once more, this time, doing so in her side.

As Pix asked her question, Solaris took another sip, then set the cup down and began quickly tapping against the sides of it with the spoon she used to stir, creating a shrill rinkling noise. As she did this, Solaris leaned forward on the chair a little, and looked back down to Pix. "[sub]More or less... I want you to drill through the wall near the revival device here, and follow the wiring. It should take you to the place all those devices are connected to. When the time is right, destroy it.[/sub]" She explained, speaking with a whispering voice.

"No, we do not." Ragnar muttered into his helmet. Rushing forward, he began to fire at Carmen from a closer point, using quickly aimed short bursts to try and trick her into flying into his line of fire.

 

[Furioso]

Raz covered his head with his arms, forming a psychic shield with spikes that moved around the outside of it, blocking the arrow. Moving of the shield he replied "I've seen more annoying things than that." Instead of attacking the archer again, Raz put both hands to his head and glared at Aidan, who would notice that his dual disk would, unless interrupted somehow, start to get hotter and hotter at an alarming rate, threatening to possibly set the cards inside on fire.

As she flew around and saw Ragnar's firing patterns change, the succubus immediately flapped hard and went high into the air, about 30 ft or so before stopping and continuing to evade the bolter shots, having the grenades whizz past her rather than blow up around her. The second magic circle under her feet had completed but a third was slowly beginning to form.

Ness chuckled as she poked Selim once more in the shoulder. [color=666666] "I'm sorry, I thought we just kept going like this until someone gives up." [/color] The group had made it to the lounge and Ness quickly poked her head in through the doorway to try and see anyone that looked like Vera, though the android would not be there. [color=666666] "....Uh... do you see her here, Selim?" [/color]

Rex shrugged and nodded. [color=000066] "Fair enough. See ya later then. I'm gonna go take a nap." [/color] He said, before letting out a silent yawn and turning a corner.

[color=80bb00] [small] "That sounds like a suicide mission. I highly doubt they'd have something they probably poured a lot of cash into not guarded to the teeth. If I'm gonna keep this 'armor' charade up, whatever part of me I send to drill through ain't gonna bust the revival machines up enough." [/small] [/color] Pix said, lowering her voice as well, though her whisper was more like high-pitched hissing.

"I don't think she's here." Rex said as he walked into the lounge.

Kenna sat up and waved at Ness and co as they came into the lounge, before turning her attention back to the match.

[color=915f6d]"You want to have a poking match, huh? Alright! I'll give you a poking match."[/color] Selim exclaimed playfully after he was poked, before moving to poke Ness repeatedly. This was short-lived, when Ness reached the lounge and poked her head through, where upon Selim stopped poking her to let her check the lounge. When Ness asked if he saw Vera, Selim himself cautiously poked his head through the doorway, and peeked inside, avoiding looking at the Tv screen. He seemed to be relieved to see neither Ragnar, nor Carmen were present, but disappointed to see Vera wasn't present either. [color=915f6d]"No, she's not here."[/color]

He said, looking up to Ness, and shaking his head. After saying this, however, Selim looked a little more frightened as something seemed to dawn on him. Looking back into the lounge, Selim pointed towards Kenna, his arm shaking slightly. [color=915f6d]"Y-you... B-but..."[/color]

"[sub]That would be true if you were to try and go through the door. But you'll be coming from the wall or floor. Even if they have a machine gun nest set up there, with your coming through the there is enough to give you cover as you retreat, if you need to."[/sub] Solaris responded to Pix, looking back up to the screen as she continued making the ringing noise with the spoon. [sub]"And you can stay here and drill under the guise of the armour needing to undergo maintenance.[/sub]"

Aidan grinned, and activated both his current facedown cards. One, backfire, would cause an aura around the Flamvell archer and any other monster played. the other card would have a more immediate effect, causing the ground beneath Raz to open up, the drop being far enough that he'd have to crawl up (or, say, perform his double jump) to get back on the field. "First rule of Yu-Gi-Oh, always worry about a facedown spell or trap. You didn't break any bones, didja? I don't know what trap hole would do to a human." Aidan asked, a little worried. as he spoke, he summoned another creature, this one a small dragon. it cawed, and flew towards the pit created by the trap hole.

Malcor waved goodbye to Rex, heading up to the lounge to view the battles going on.

Ragnar scowled as his bolter clicked empty and dropped the mag, grabbing a new one from his reserves. He decided to hold his fire and let his prey come to him, since she was too agile in the air.

Raz fell into the hole. As the dragon flew over the hole he would find that the hole was actually empty, and that Raz had seemingly vanished.

Kenna noticed Selim shaking and stuttering, and sat up, turning to face him. "You ok kid?"

@Berk: Soz, just saw shells and assumed 'explosives'.

As Ragnar's fire ceased, Carmen stopped her flitting around, focusing on finishing the third level of her circle. The now triple-tiered circle glowed with a red light as she held her dagger horizontally in front of her. [color=bb0066] "5th Circle / Full Extend: Rage!" [/color] The light soon summoned a large cyclone of red energy around the demoness. Ragnar would hear pained screaming and moaning coming from the energy before it finally settled down and began to form into a violet-red saber, the hilt silver and decorated with a single black gem, socketed in the center. The screaming of the energy would be softer as the blade formed. Her transformation complete, Carmen began to circle around Ragnar slowly in the air and also descending at a cautious pace, not wanting to get close to him just yet.

Ness blinked and was about to turn to leave once she noticed Kenna waving at her. She shyly waved in return before she noticed Selim stuttering. [color=666666] "Selim? ....What is it? " [/color] She had been smiling due to Selim's playfulness, but seeing him get worked up once again made her mood sink quite a bit.

 

[Chungus]

Upon hearing Pix's remark, Solaris chuckled slight, and shook her head. "[sub]Really, Pix. Now why would I A: Put my life on the line like that, and B: Enter a fight without my armour protecting me.[/sub]" She said with a more lighthearted tone, although this would be somewhat difficult to notice due to her whispering.

"[sub]No, the right time, would be a time like this...[/sub]" She continued, pointing towards the screen. "[sub]"When the biggest threats to us are facing eachother, that'll be the time to make a move. After, we can simply focus on sitting back and watching, while occasionally fighting a friendly match when we need to. As for Vanessa, she'll have no way of knowing, or even suspect we're behind the sabotage. Just look how easily she bought into my little excuse. As I said, she's far too good-willed."[/sub]

Upon Kenna asking her question, Selim shook his head weakly, and slow, began backing away from the door opening of the lounge. He kept his eyes, that were filled with a rather frightened expression, fixed on Kenna, however. [color=915f6d]"I-I saw you... in t-the box..."[/color] He muttered. Stopping backing away, and moving behind Ness. [color=915f6d]"She was in the box... I saw fighting with that other bad person..."[/color]

"That's more like it." Ragnar said with relish as he saw Carmen's dagger transfigure into a sabre, before drawing his chainsword and thumbing the activation rune. The promethium motor rumbled to life.
"Let us see your mettle then, daemon!" He roared.

Kenna looked shocked. "Oh god, you were watching that? I am so sorry you saw that. I can explain, alright?"

THe Drago screeched, and began flying back to Aidan. Frowning, Aidan looked about. "Eyes open you two, lets be careful not to get ambushed... Watch out back." the archer nodded, and the drago began flying overhead.

 

[Furioso]

From behind Aidan another yellow question mark shaped object landed at his and the archers feet as Raz reappeared. Unless interrupted the object would burst into a large yellow smokescreen that, if it got in either of their faces, would momentarily daze and blind them.
