A possible way to balance out IG and Space Marines
1. Ig are Karskarins, therefore get better gear, weapons and training.
2. IG are the only ones capable of working certain high-level veichles, I.E. Baneblades
3. IG automatticly get 2-3 allies that I guess can work like pets.
