Ahh I wondered when you brutes would get here. Say...I know where you can find a good scrap if you're interested...there's this wonderful little planet called T'au where all the best warriors live...they also said that they were better than Orks and that you were all a bunch of pansies.
The tyranid race likes to agree to that. Have fun with them and send our regards. We come to clean up the mess behind you. Really. Promised. *polishes teeth*

I once had a single Nob take out two Hammerheads, two entire Kroot squads, and a Crisis suit. A lucky break for that one Nob to outlive his entire war-band of Nobs by surviving the MASSIVE Tau ranged battery to be sure, but damn was it fun :D

You have noooo idea, little fleshling. the day will come when my art student hordes will wash over this world like... like... the perfect metaphor I will come up with at given time!

.. until then, I will be content watching my tyranids nomming on space marine tanks.
The Emperor shall protect me! [small]...but a loaded bolter never hurt[/small]

Also: You wouldn't happen to be part of that hive fighting on the Ork home system and the war seems never ending and it's predicted that who ever comes out the victor will be the biggest threat in the universe, are you? o_O

Ahaha the Great Powers mock me, not one but two different people were given credit for my words of wisdom to the Orks.

Unless...no that is it...they are using my words to mock Aurgelmir for his loyalty to that decrepit corpse god.

PS: Scorched_Cascade I know... you made that pretty clear before. :p
((Hope I wasn't too hard on you! I like to post in character in the user group most of the time. Posted it then thought, hmmm, hope he doesn't take that as a flame.))
We should redeem that on the battlefield! *Shakes Chain Swords in the air*
Such inspiring courage! Perhaps we'll mount your corpse on a golden chair and make an idol out of you as well. [./stolen quote]

I had a Chapter Master go through Belial, 5 terminators, 16 Plague Bearers and this nasty Khorne Greater Deamon thingy. That was a gooood game.

Dispite the fact I've been fighting the Tyranid for the past two days on DoW2, I think I can get behind a race that's intent on consuming all life via nomin' :p

I don't thin Tau would be too tasty, too much metal bits and all stringy.

Eldar mutha' fucka'!!!

Biel-Tan to be precise. Granted, I don't play very often anymore, but I did used to fuck up my housemate's ork bastards quite badly. Orks ain't got shit on my Striking Scorpions.

Anyone here play 40k?

I do and as youve probably guessed from my profile picture I play tau because I love the battle suits and they are absolutely great for trolling with

Also I despise spacemarines
Love nothing more than charging Blood Angels death company into a group of Tau Fire Warriors.... rolling buckets of dice for the assault phase and watching the other guy sigh and remove the entire squad after one round >:)

I can see why you dont like space marines, far too common. I do have quite a fancy for the Tau battlesuits as they make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Railguns are pretty deadly too. Tau models in general look really neat aswell, sleek ships, smooth armour etc.

How long you been a collector for?

An Eldar player myself; I love the fluff, art and play style. I like each part of my army to be exceptionally good at what its supposed to do, even if it can't do anything else.

However, for a change I have recently started a renegade pirate space marine army using the blood angels codex. It is quite refreshing to use an army that doesn't fall over when sneezed at.

don't really play anymore but i used to play as Imperial fists space marines (because REAL MEN wear BRIGHT YELLOW) biel-tan Eldar, and Imperial Guard (very rarely is there a problem that cannot be solved with a few billion lasguns and two large buckets of dice)

I GM the 40k RPG Rogue Trader and my group are a bunch of Cold-trading tech Heretics. I highly reccomend it to any experienced RPG group.

Well, I suppose you're not talking about the PC games, I play those, I have about... 500 of those figures, I had none to play with but I loved putting them together and painting them... And with that I'm a big fan and know pretty much, what is needed atleast o_O

I play Grey knights their old fluff is great, they're an interesting specialised chapter and they kick ass six ways from sunday. Though their new fluff is just ludicrous -.- Lord Kaldor Draigo has apparently been wanderin around /in the warp/ on his own killing everything that moves and occaisionally comes back to help his buddies on the battlefield. Oh and there's now a grey knight who wields a demon sword and they've in general been downstatted but had an equipment upgrade. This succeeds in missing the point entirely in that these are meant to be the hardest of hard space marines but now they're just space marines with shiny armour and a force weapon.

Used to have a tanith first army. Rarely won, turns out imperial guard infantry regiments die alot. Really messed up tau though, all those rail guns become expensive paperwieghts, and I wa sin the habbit of 'cheating' and making use of the services of the imperial assasains when an etherial was present.
