So, I know this is only a short teaser of gameplay, but this looks like it could be really freaking good. If you know anything about Warhammer Fantasy, the Skaven are a swarm of batshit crazy paranoid moon rocks eating nuclear weapons developing society of rat people, who want nothing more than to destroy the surface world. From the looks of things, this game is going to be set in a Skaven overrun city, and you have to survive the crazy bastards.

I still have my doubts about how many new vidya games GW is trying to push, but Vermintide, Battlefleet Gothic and Deathwing have me optimistic at least.

This looks very interesting indeed. I love Warhammer/40k and the lack of quality in the recent licensed titles have been a bit dissapointing. Can't wait to see that Warhammer: Total War game. Eternal Crusade seems to have potential too.

Yeah, I am looking forward to this one, however with the Skaven being my favorite army of the WH Fantasy world, I'm going to have to hope they plan on having the Skaven playable in VS. Mode like the special undead in L4D.

The Skaven are a good enemy choice for this type of game, as when they are assaulting a city, they can feasibly come crawling out of damn near anywhere, leaving there lots of room for randomness in levels.

Have you looked at Mordheim [http://mordheim-cityofthedamned.com/en/], yet? Was awesome tabletop game, similar to Necromunda (squad based, not army), but the Fantasy setting. Also includes yummy Skaven goodness.

Does look like a L4D mod, but at least we aren't talking about a crappy one, this one looks like it steps things up a notch... you know for a L4D mod.
I wonder if they got the EA balls and end up charging full price for it.

I'm hoping hard for battlefleet gothic to be something wonderful.
I've always wanted that setting to get a game.

At the same time, I hope mordenheim does well enough that someone decides to tap Necromunda for similar release.

I'll play vermintide, for sure, as it looks kinda fun.
My guess is it's set during the end time storyline they're playing out right now.

Deathwing and it's mariachi terminators have grown on me.

What I'd love to see in the end though is something in a straight fps featuring the Imperial Guard and their many, many vehicles.
Think Battlefield, but with more purging.
