I never really found it that bad. I thought the Shadow Temple was the most challenging.
While we're at it, I love Navi.

Unless it's a thread about something that is genuinely difficult (like demon souls) and some asshat comes in and goes 'hurrdurr it weren't hard at all you noobs' in which case, the guy doing so IS being a bit of an asshat, and anyone with any social sense is absolutely right to come to that conclusion. You know... the point behind his video? Cause he flat out says it? Directly? He isn't even being subtle or quippy about it?blakfayt said:So what if he doesn't think it's special that I can beat SMT: Nocturne without dying once, and get the special ending, cause the fact is to a lot of people it does matter.
This is exactly right. Just the memories alone of that temple make me want to rip my hair out.Fightgarr said:Many people who played the game when it was relatively new were much, much younger. To an 8-10 year-old, I'm sure it seemed a daunting task.
Some dungeons were more straight forward and simpler but I expect that in any good game. There is a gradually increasing difficult if one level suddenly pulled a psychonauts and shot up in difficulty or dropped down a whole bunch it would stand out, as it is nothing felt too out fo the ordinary. I got stuck in a few places for a bit int eh water temple but I got stuck in the shadow temple too and in the fire temple, it averages out.thecoreyhlltt said:even when you compare it to the earth temple? hell, getting 40 ruppees to buy the sheild is harder than the earth templeTwilight_guy said:Not for me. I played it on the gamecube special edition and aside from messing with the water levels a few times when getting stuck I didn't have any trouble. It definitely doesn't stick out as any harder then any other dungeon.
