Masturbate. A lot.

No, that just makes me cry even more...

*Ahem*

Watch a funny video on youtube, or play your favorite video game. Or just sleep it off.

Play some Red Faction: Guerrilla. Going on a ballistic rampage leaving a massive trail of destruction for a few hours can really take your mind off things.

Lol didn't even notice it was a necro thread! I'm happy that your problems ended up being not that big a deal though, that's always good news to hear. Yes... Peanuts is a love of mine (the fact I can remember strips like that off the top of my head is quite sad in itself). I'm glad you liked the classical I put up as well, makes the effort more than worthwhile.

I'll let you know how it all ends up... I wouldn't expect much until sometime in December though after her birthday, my birthday present to her... it's pretty good...

Well good luck all the same, I still owe you a video of me trying to eat a bottle of ketchup. I tried over the duration of the summer holiday but I was very ill about halfway through and I think it was a too poor effort to really show anyone

Hahaha! I remember that! Was that from the 'I challenge you!' thread?

Yep that's the one, ugh I've never felt so ill in my life
If you ever make a list of what not to do or promise anyone is to eat a bottle of ketchup
We should necro that thread

This song is great for when you get fed up with the world. Helps remind me that I just get over it and move on the next crapy moment in my life until I finaly catch a break. The rest are other songs that I use get over things.

EDIT: Whoops forgot one.

Lol, that thread was a bit of fun, didn't amount to much but it was fun. If there was one thread I wish I could necro it would be my solutions thread, but alas that was locked so that's good enough deterrent to never try it again (I would like to obtain Neo after all).

Yeah that thread was pretty damn good but if memory serves me correctly, it got a bit silly xD

Oh that's a shame, why was it locked? Also you seemed to be gone for a really long time, I never saw you online. What happened?

Actually that was part of the problem, I wasn't getting any sex with a girl who was constantly teasing me but anyway...

It was originally meant to be a thread where members could post their questions and have others answer it for them, instead of making a new thread or whatever. However as it turned out it was mainly me answering them (although to the communities credit a lot of others did try as well) and I think it was seen as a way to either rack up post counts or was going nowhere as a thread, so they locked it.

As for the absense, I self banned myself from coming on during exams and the study period leading up to them, but then once I'd been away for a while it seemed to be hard to come back, because I thought I'd just have to leave again thus letting people down a second time (and uni decided to unleash pharmacology on us, oh god that stuff is hard!). So I came on to watch ZP but didn't post. I missed it, but needed the time to study. But now I realise I can still post and have the time to study, it's just an issue of time management. And I did miss this community and commenting on things.

Damn that's frustrating, that could have been a really good thread. Sometimes the threads that get the highest replies are never good threads and it's a real shame threads with low quality get such high response, while threads like your one get locked :/
Oh well...

I suppose that's a good thing, not much has changed but a fair few users have been banned, nomoresanity and kuhulu are two members who come to mind but I think a lot of people have joined lately (I seem to be handing out my welcome message to a lot more)
Overall, not masses have changed but it's good to have you back

In the end, it's been a lot easier than expected to just jump back into things and be a part of the community once again. It depends on who you talk to, some people seem to think the forum has gone backwards when I was away (hmmm... that makes me sound up myself lol) while others think nothing much has changed. I haven't seen that much different from when I was on here last, but I have been away for so long I'm still yet to decide on that one.

If you're down due to girl trouble, Boulevard of Broken Dreams is one of the few songs that'll make you feel good about it.

Have you ever tried self-internalizing? Just take stock of your current situation and approach one problem at a time, whilst giving yourself plenty of "me" time. After having just finished a 1 month project in 2 days, i can tell you that it works wonders.
This. I need this. Tell me your secrets!

Try the Impossible Quiz. That's a decent time waster , it's fun and has a sequel.
The problem with time wasters would be when you can't afford to waste time, due to being stressed with homeworks and revision.

If you've got sex at hand, cheering up probably isn't an issue...

I lay down in bed with my iPod and just sleep. Usually when after waking up I feel a lot happier.
