Ways to tell a bad server?

Simple question, so answer it.
My list goes like this.
1; Micspam. Any server with a mic spammer is a bad server, if hes not banned within 20 minutes, a very bad server
2; no kick system. Simple, you can't kick assholes.
3; sensitive admins. Where admins kick people who said something bad about someone else that was joking.

I'm not a fan of servers that give unfair perks to donators too.

This is the only one on your list I disagree with; on the right server, mic spam can be awesome. While I wouldn't recommend doing it in a super serious server, having someone randomly spam yakkity sax on a TF2 alltalk server is something every TF2 player should experience at least once. That song makes everything funnier. The same goes for other songs; as long as it's not excessive, it can be entertaining.

OT: I don't have a hard and fast list of reasons to like or dislike a server. The only really big thing is if the server's community is full of assholes, I won't be sticking around for long.
